Boys Travel Team

U9/10 BAYS

U9, U10 and U11 travel is offered as an alternative option on the LUSC player application form (check box) along with the current in-town program for players in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Teams are formed based on the last current coach ratings, spring evaluation sessions and from the previous playing season and play in the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league. All players participating in the travel program will follow all current BAYS by-laws ruling as written. This also pertains to making an effort, depending on level and numbers of player sign-ups, to place teams in BAYS Divisions 1-4 according to ability level. All efforts will be made to place all players wishing to travel, certain exceptions may be necessary to limit numbers if teams fall outside of preferred size. Cut-off will then be based on actual "sign-up" date of player in which case "in-town" will be the only available option. The schedule runs for 10 weeks each spring and fall with 5 home games and 5 away games on Saturdays. The format is 6v6.

U11/12 BAYS

LUSC teams playing at the U12 level play in the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league. Teams are formed based on the last current coach ratings, spring evaluation sessions and from the previous playing season and play in the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league. All players participating in the travel program will follow all current BAYS by-laws ruling as written. This also pertains to making an effort, depending on level and numbers of player sign-ups, to place teams in BAYS Divisions 1-4 according to ability level. The U12 schedule runs for 10 weeks each spring and fall with 5 home games and 5 away games on Saturdays. The teams usually stay together for both seasons and play 8v8.

U13/14 BAYS

"Keep kids playing soccer." This is one of the most important goals in the U13 and U14 programs. Our U13/14 program is dedicated to challenging players to be the best they can, improving their individual skills, placing them in a fair competition situation and keeping them interested in soccer. All LUSC teams play in the Boston Area Youth (BAYS) soccer league. The format is 11v11 with games played on Saturdays.

U16/U19 BAYS

If teenagers in Lexington want to play soccer the U16/17/19 Division's provides that opportunity. All teams play in the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league. The U16 Division plays only in the spring and games are on Sundays.
